Who We Are:
The Center for Indian Ministries (CIM) is part of the Oak Hills Fellowship. Along with Oak Hills Christian College, Camp Oak Hills, and church ministries, CIM ultimately seeks to glorify God in serving Him and bringing glory to His name. CIM works to minister to Native Americans.
CIM has volunteer and support staff missionaries. Each of these missionaries participate in their local Native American community in different ways. Oak Hills has a very unique placement in Northern Minnesota, between 3 Indian Reservations. White Earth, Leech Lake, and Red Lake Indian Reservations. Visit the staff page to learn more about Oak Hills Center for Indian Ministries staff members and their impact on the Native community.
To facilitate the formation and strengthening of local Native American churches in Northern Minnesota by ministering to the whole person through Godly example, evangelism, Bible teaching, discipleship, and biblical counsel.
Where We Serve:
Although we have a vision to build the church among all Native American People, we currently have missionaries who serve within the following Reservations of north and central Minnesota:
- Leech Lake Reservation—Northern MN
- Little Earth of United Tribes—Little Earth is not a reservation but a low-income housing project in the Twin Cities Metro, MN
- Red Lake Reservation—Northern MN
CIM Staff have the ability to partner with their local churches for ministry. This provides outreach opportunities, encouragement, accountability, fellowship and prayer support.
